I don't have time to be writing this but I can't resist sharing a little cougar pride after last weekend. BYU played Oklahoma and weren't supposed to win. But they did. And it was fantastic.
I really was dying to be at this game since it was right here at the new Cowboys stadium in Dallas, but didn't have $100+ to shell out for a ticket/parking. So a pretty big group of us watched it at our institute building. Lindsey and Pammy came up to watch it with me and after BYU scored the first time we jumped to our feet to sing the cougar fight song, assuming many others would join in. Well, apparently there are many BYU fans who just don't know the entire cougar fight song (go figure) so we pretty much gave a little impromptu performance there with lots of people staring at us. A little embarrassing but fun. :) We did it again after the grueling final minutes of the game.
Wasn't the same as being in a huge stadium with the marching band playing your song, but we sure did rise and shout!

Woohoo! There were actually quite a few people from my ward that drove all the way over there for the game and they said they had a blast. This weekend it's here in New Orleans! Go Cougars!
